Stacy Staggs, director of community outreach for the child medical advocacy group Little Lobbyists, testified on Oct. 15 in the final day of the Senate Judiciary Committee’s Supreme Court confirmation hearing for Judge Amy Coney Barrett.
Staggs spoke about the importance of the Affordable Care Act, which Democrats worry Barrett may vote to overturn if confirmed.
"We do not need to rush through the nomination of a Supreme Court Justice who is on the record as hostile to the law that provides our health care protections," Staggs said.
